At FastTrack Automotive, we value your time and strive to provide efficient, high-performance service for every vehicle. When you book an appointment, that specialized time slot and an expert mechanic are reserved exclusively for you. To help us keep our shop running smoothly and serve all clients efficiently, we kindly ask that you adhere to our policy guidelines.
Changes & Cancellations
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to another driver in need of service.
How to Change: You can easily reschedule or cancel by clicking the link in your booking confirmation email, or by calling our service team directly.
Late Arrivals
We understand that traffic and unexpected delays happen. We offer a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled arrival.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please give us a call. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the appointments of clients booking after you.
Missed Appointments
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments missed entirely without notice (No-Shows), may be subject to a $25 fee.
Alternatively, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure any future workshop bookings.
